you to provide us with the correct street address, including apartment number when
ordering. Sorry we do not ship to PO Boxes, at this time. Most orders

temporarily out of stock of an item and for your convenience will hold your order until
that product is received or ship your order without that item and mark it ( O/S ) out of
stock. RETURNS If the product you order is defective or you receive a product you did not order, we will quickly and happily replace the product upon request. If you need to return a product, please call for a return authorization number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return unless the error was made by us. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

If your order has already been shipped, you can return it for a refund of the purchase price no questions asked ( shipping not refundable ). You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return unless the error was made by us.
