your item then push the ( Push To Order ) button.
Once you have chosen all your products,
push the order checkout button, fill out the on-line ordering information( name,
address, shipping, etc.) for credit card choose any one, for card number and
expiration date put 000, then push the proceed with check out button.
Now print out the page with all the billing /
shipping and products information on it and mail it in with your check, money order or
credit card information.

Please be sure your shipping address you submit is
correct because shipping companies charge between $5.00 to $15.00
for each address corrections and this cost will be passed
on to you.
NOTE: HOT WEATHER CHOCOLATE
SHIPMENTS All Chocolates NEED to be shipped 2nd day air with cold
pack boxes to ensure quality, at an additional charge from May 1st through October 15th due to the hot
weather. See Note. Please use the 2nd day air shipping
rate of $ 27.95 with cold pack. If not ordered we will not be responsible for melted
shipments of chocolate.
NOTE: If your package designation area is above 75°F prior to this time please include
the 2nd Day Air w/cold pack shipping charge when placing your order. We will not be responsible for melted shipments of chocolate with out cold pack
& 2nd
day air.
DELIVERY INFO
Items are shipped UPS & USPS to ensure proper
handling and prompt delivery of your order, we must depend on you to provide us with the
correct street address, including apartment number when ordering. Sorry we do
not ship to PO Boxes at this time. Most orders ship out
in 1-3 business after order is received, but occasionally we are temporarily out of stock of an item and
for your convenience will hold your order until that product is received or ship your
order with out that item and mark it ( O/S ) out of stock. Sorry we do not backorder items. When ordering chocolates with a cold pack, please
make sure someone is at the ship to address to receive the shipment so it will not sit in
the hot sun all day.
RETURNS
If the product you order is defective or you
receive a product you did not order, we will quickly and happily replace the product upon
request. If you need to return a product, please call for a return authorization number.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
the item must be returned within 15 days of shipment
date
the item must be unopened
the item must not be expired.
