A LITTLE ABOUT US !

We bring to you this sugarfree/sugarless product catalog, now with on-line ordering, as a result of our son being diagnosed with Type 1 ( Juvenile ) Diabetes in 1993 at the age of 2. We opened our store in April 1995 and in 1997 went on-line to serve you better. We are a family operated business offering a no frills paper catalog along with this on-line ordering that we prepared & maintain ourselves to keep down the costs so you the consumer can benefit from lower prices. We have included some nutrition facts in both catalogs to make it easier for you to make wise food choices. RETURN POLICY: All of our products are classified as Grocery Products and cannot be returned. If we ship the incorrect product we will replace the shipment or refund the purchase at our choice. Refunds for not liking a product are not authorized. If your package is received damaged, please retain all packaging materials and product and contact us immediately so we can get the situation corrected.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS - We do not back order any products on any order.  If we can fill part of your ordered product we will send what we have in stock but will not backorder the remainder.  We will only hold your order waiting for the next incoming shipment if you advise us to do so.

SHIPPING and CLAIMS (damaged or lost package): At the time of shipment every order with an accurate email address provided at ordering will have an email from either USPS or UPS notifying customer of the shipment.  Any claim must be made within 45 days of that shipment date.  Any claim outside the 45 days cannot be honored since USPS and UPS have a limit on damage or lost package claims.
